Nezha: Birth of the Demon | 哪吒之魔童降世

Nezha: Birth of the Demon: A powerful Primordial Pearl, born from the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, was refined by the Primeval Lord of Heaven (Yuanshi Tianzun) into two entities: the Spirit Pearl and the Demon Orb. The Spirit Pearl was meant to be reincarnated as a human to aid in the war against the Shang Dynasty, while the Demon Orb was destined to birth a demonic overlord that would bring chaos to the world. To prevent disaster, the Primeval Lord cast a heavenly curse, decreeing that divine lightning would strike and destroy the Demon Orb in three years.

The deity Taiyi was tasked with embedding the Spirit Pearl into the unborn son of Li Jing of Chentang Pass—Nezha. However, the Spirit Pearl and Demon Orb were switched due to a mix-up. As a result, Nezha, who was supposed to be a heroic figure, was born as the Demon King of Chaos. Despite his mischievous and rebellious nature, Nezha still carried the heart of a hero.

Now, misunderstood by the world and facing impending heavenly retribution, can Nezha escape his predestined fate? Will he succumb to his demonic nature, or will he rise against destiny and forge his own path?
